Shipping times:

  • From the moment your order is placed, we have a 3-5 day processing time. We are a small business in Orlando, FL. After processing is complete, your shipping time may vary between 1-7 days domestically. You will receive an email with a tracking number once processing is complete, and your package is en route.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • Shipping charges are not included in our pricing.  We ship from Orlando, FL and use USPS.  Shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the package and your shipping address during the checkout process.  Please place your order in the shopping cart to view shipping charges.  Full price will be displayed at checkout.

 

Tracking Number:

We will email or text you a tracking number as soon as it is available. Just click on the "tracking number" to view status of your package.  NOTE: It may take approximately 24-48 hours to be updated online before you will see movement within the carriers system. 

     

    Return Policy: 

    All merchandise purchased hare final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Once an order is placed, there are no cancellations.

     

    Lost Package/Damaged in Delivery:

    If your selected Priority Mail Express at checkout and your package is:

    • lost in the mail
    • shown to be delivered to the shipping address and was not received
    • or if there us damage to the package or item

    You must file a claim with USPS by using the link below:

    You must email us within 7 business days of delivery at iam@sumerstrawbree.com a copy of the claim. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

    You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.  We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal.
